Coaching:
Coaching sessions allow you to access all
skills in a way that is highly personalized. It is an on-going
partnership that helps you produce fulfilling results in your
personal and professional life. Through the process of coaching, you
deepen your learning, improve your performance, and enhance your
quality of life. Beginning with your desires, coaching uses
reporting, exploring, and a consistent commitment to move forward
together. Coaching accelerates your progress by providing greater
focus and awareness of choice. It concentrates on where you are
today and what you are willing to do to get where you want to be
tomorrow.
- Self-Concept Therapy: The judgment you
pass on yourself is the most important judgment you will ever make.
Self-Esteem is your key to success or failure. Tell me how a person
judges their self-esteem and I will tell you how that person
operates at work, in love, in sex, in parenting, in every important
aspect of existence--and how high they are likely to rise. The
reputation you have with yourself is the single most important
factor for a fulfilling life. I show you how to grow in
self-confidence and self-respect; how to nurture self-esteem in
children; how to break free of guilt and fear of others'
disapproval; and how to honor yourself through the ethics of
rational self-interest.
- Hypnosis: All hypnosis is
self-hypnosis. Hypnosis is nothing more than a shift in mental
awareness, perception. We work as partners to accomplish
specific goals. The bottom line is that you will never be "out
of control" during the session. Much of human behavior stems
from the subconscious mind. Hypnosis gives us more access than
under normal waking circumstances. We discuss your goals at the
beginning of the session and I learn something about the things
that are pleasing to you. Then, I help you
relax through guided imagery and implant into your subconscious mind
the goals you have chosen.
- Emotional Freedom Technique: EFT is
an impressive technique for eliminating emotional and physical problems
by rebalancing the energy systems of the body. It is a simple, rapid,
respectful way of healing a wide variety of fears, memories, and
emotional disturbances. Its effects often seem miraculous, even to those
who are skeptical. EFT has been described as "like acupuncture for
emotions, without the needles." It is based on the discovery that
imbalances in the body's energy systems have profound effects on one's
personal psychology. Correcting these imbalances, which is done by
tapping on certain body locations, often leads to rapid remedies. People
simply get beyond their emotional luggage, usually permanently, and go
about their lives more effectively.
- Sedona Method: Causes of self-limiting beliefs and blocked feelings are not
the focus of the sessions, unlike traditional therapy. Rather, it
is a unique way of using your natural ability to "let go" so that you
can create inner security along with a felt mastery over your life. When
you "release", you focus on your feelings, tendencies and wants--and let
them go. The mind soon becomes very quiet, solutions become apparent and
you tune into who you are in your heart, rather than your mind. It can
easily be incorporated into your daily life and results will be enhanced and
deepened as you continue your releasing process whenever and wherever
you wish.
- ETPS Neuromechanical Acupuncture:
The ETPS units has become popular with physical therapists and
chiropractors in the US and Canada since 1995. It is extremely safe
since they
produces 100 times less current than the traditional TENS units. I
initially stretch the piriformis muscle, balancing the leg lengths and
realigning the sacrum, which in turn, will realign the spine. I then
treat tight muscles in the bottom and at the nerve root with the ETPS
unit innervating your pain problem, taking the pressure of the nerves
and significantly relieving your pain. When I treat pain, I'm not
masking the pain like a traditional TENS unit or a pill would do. The ETPS device actually changes the muscles tissue, relaxing muscles which
entrap nerves, and thus allow the body to naturally relieve its own pain
for long period of time.
- Breathe Work:
Various techniques to allow you to release the physical and emotional
trauma from the your breath. Once cleared, you are freed on a new level
that opens you to lots of love, joy and energy. Proper breathing has
profound effects on our health. Over 70% of waste by-products are
eliminated through our breathing and our skin. When our blood is heavily
oxygenated it becomes very difficult for viruses and bacteria to grow in
our body. Good breathing supports muscle growth and energy to get things
done. Very often our breath is in need of healing as a result of
breathing trauma we sustained at birth. The umbilical cord was probably
cut too soon for many of us. Our first breath was filled with fluid,
painful, scary and the result of being hit! When ever we undergo
difficult moments in life now we tend to hold our breath. This shuts
down the musculature of the whole "mechanism", creating body armor, thus
locking in place the tension of the difficult moment. Moments being to
pile up like this and soon we are only using 20% of our capacity to
breath, thus having only 20% of our energy capacity. Just 15 minutes of
deep breathing would give you all the energy you need for the day more
effectively than coffee, ginseng, artificial stimulants or working out.
And it's all for free. One of the most fun and effective techniques is laughter therapy.

Visualization, Affirmation, Meditation and
Prayer: Every moment of your life is infinitely creative and the
universe is endlessly bountiful. Just put forth a clear enough request,
and everything your heart truly desires must come to you. It's important
to relax deeply when you are learning to use creative visualization.
This is where I come in sharing with you many methods to attain alpha states
or deeper.
- Emphasis on realizing the beauty of life
and your purpose, regardless of circumstances: One of my
favorite books is Viktor Frankl's "Man's Search for Meaning." This
landmark bestseller was written by a great Viennese psychiatrist who endured
years of unspeakable horror in Nazi death camps. During, and partly
because of his suffering, Dr. Frankl developed an enduring work of
survival literature that is a remarkable blend of science and humanism.
His philosophy and examples help people, even in very difficult situations,
appreciate the beauty and purpose in their lives.
